Dream Cleen (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
1. Who we are
Dream Cleen is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Contact us on +44 (0)7876 467663 or through our contact page.
2. What we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property to be cleaned.
- Job details: the services you are interested in and any information or photos you send us about your property.
- Messages: what you tell us by phone, email, WhatsApp or through the quote form on this website.
- Payment records: what you have paid us and when. We do not store card details on this website.
3. How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and give you a quote, as a step towards a contract with you.
- To arrange, carry out and follow up the work you book, as part of our contract with you.
- To remind you about regular cleans on a plan you have signed up to.
- To keep accounting and tax records, because the law requires it.
We do not send marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them, and we never sell your information.
4. Who we share it with
We only share your information where it is needed to run our business, for example with our email and website hosting providers, our accountant or a payment provider, or where the law requires it. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
5. This website
- Quote forms: details you enter in our quote forms are sent to us by email through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, so we can reply to you.
- Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser and connection, including your IP address.
- Map: our contact page shows an embedded Google Map, which loads content from Google and may set Google cookies.
- Cookies: we do not set advertising or analytics cookies ourselves.
- Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google.
- Links: links to Google Maps and WhatsApp take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
- Server logs: our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, for security.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and quotes that do not go ahead: up to 12 months.
- Customer and payment records: up to 6 years, to meet accounting and tax rules.
- Photos of your property: only for as long as we need them for the job and our records, unless you have agreed we can use them publicly.
7. Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
8. Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to have it transferred to you or someone else. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above. We will reply within one month.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
